I have been listening to Bombay Bicycle Club for a few years now. Rather than tell you about Bombay Bicycle Club, I will just include this video. Before I do so, I should mention that this is an acoustic version. The original version is a little different, more rock injected, but still very good. Enjoy.
On a side note, I have been absent for a month. I apologize. I have been caught up with summer. I hope you have been too.
Recovering from four painful wisdom teeth extractions, I have spent much of my time recently exploring the web for new music (as I so often do). In my exploration, I stumbled across down-tempo, chillout artist, Bonobo. I must admit, I am not a frequent listener of down-tempo, but my discovery of Bonobo may change that.

Simon Green, the English musician/producer/DJ behind Bonobo, released his new album, Black Sands, in late March, 2010. It features 12 great tracks, including my favorite, Eyesdown (featured below). This album has been a pure delight to explore. It is a very eclectic album and features various different instruments. Personally, I love to hear this sort varied instrumentation for it allows each song a unique flavor.
After having listened to Black Sands through and through, I backtracked through his previous releases: Animal Magic (2000), Dial ‘M’ For Monkey (2003), and Days To Come (2006); all of which are equally as enjoyable.
I highly recommend Bonobo for anyone who is into down-tempo/chillout/lounge music. His music is very, very chill and works great as background music while working, relaxing, or even entertaining.
